Own Your Sensuality, Communicate with Confidence, Awaken Your True Desire
You’ve done the therapy. You’ve explored your emotions, your patterns, and your past. But now, something deeper is calling. It’s not just about sexuality, learning new positions or trying to “boost your libido”—it’s about reconnecting with your body, expanding your capacity for self-love, and embracing your full sensual power.
This is for the woman who feels sensitive, creative, and perhaps even constrained by the demands of everyday life. Maybe you're a therapist, artist, or mother, navigating the complexities of relationships, family, and self-expression. You may feel like you wear a mask to keep it all together, but beneath the surface, there’s a raging tiger—a deep desire for more.
Whether you're transitioning from a sexless marriage or simply seeking to reclaim your pleasure and sensuality, the Embodied Bliss Trilogy offers a path to awaken that part of yourself safely, playfully, and powerfully.

October 19th: Yes, No, Maybe – Learning to Trust Your Body
In this first session, we’ll explore embodied boundaries through playful exercises that help you get clear on your “YES PLEASE MORE! And your “No, I don’t want that.”. Learn to communicate your needs without ?and stay connected to your body’s wisdom not just in the bedroom, but in your everyday life too.
November 23rd: Giving and Receiving – Building Intimate Trust
In this second session, we’ll dive into the balance of giving and receiving, using the Wheel of Consent to playfully explore how we can stay connected to our pleasure while also staying in communication. This is a powerful space to break free from your old patterns of performing and pleasing, and instead learn how to ask for what truly nourishes you.
December 14th: Awakening Desire – Reclaiming Your Sensual Power
The final session is all about awakening your sensual power and feeling confident in exploring new forms of intimacy. We’ll work with communication boundaries, explore how you want to be touched (and how you want to touch others), all while staying connected to your desires and respecting your pace.
This is for You If:
